Our Sales Professionals, Sales Engineers and Professional Services Consultants design and deliver solutions for potential and existing customers to enable better visibility, insight and action to prevent and defend against attacks. NetWitness provides the unique ability to provide one single platform with a unified view across all attack surfaces including Network, Logs/SIEM, Endpoint and IoT combined with our AI-based User and Entity Behavioral Analysis (UEBA) and Security, Orchestration, Automation & Response (SOAR) capabilities. The Consultant will have two prime focuses, they will ensure an end-to-end view of service performance and customer experience across our MSS services. In addition, through the delivery of strategic consulting led engagements, they will enable organizational readiness, response and resilience by providing customers with the cybersecurity solutions and expertise they need to mitigate advanced threats.Key Responsibilities:* Drive for MSS clients by investigating, developing, and implementing Service improvement activities in the event of underperformance or in line with changing business requirements.* Protect client networks through situational assessment and suggestions for new security measures.* Develop cybersecurity strategies, programs, policies, and plans to help clients protect their assets.* Develop complex cybersecurity standards and procedures applicable to complex, global technical environments.* Act as a subject matter expert and global thought leader for Cybersecurity, and contributes directly to the development of strategy, policy, standards, and procedures.* Collaborates with clients regarding secure product configuration, deployment, and how they align and adhere to applicable security policies and standards to minimize security vulnerabilities* Manage Security Services* Establish KPIs for to measure the MSS service across all customers, and per customer.* Establish related frameworks for the service with the partner (Use Case Development, integration, etc.)* Conduct regular service review meetings with customers (Quarterly/Monthly)* Participate in presales activities during the scoping phase of the project* Build excellent relationships with designated customers in the business and stakeholder areas to align MSS Services to business objectives* Define, implement and manage SLAs for assigned services and ensure delivery of service to agreed levels* Understand business priority, ensure services are aligned to priority and translate and communicate priority throughout MSS provider org* Develop a view of customer experience and service performance and deliver this insight to shareholders and internally* Proactively identify (with MSP) and deliver service improvement plans (SIPs) required to maintain or improve service levels.* Act as the custodian of live service, provide input to changes to assigned services to ensure that impacts are understood and the service performance is not negatively impacted* Ensure delivery of new services, including service level requirements, measurement capabilities and agreement with shareholders and internal business areas * NW Advisory Consulting Services:* Actively work with the presales during the scoping of the service.* Oversee the delivery of fulfillment/delivery partners across projects* Ensure consistency of deliverables across partners to any of the RSA customers.* Define/Develop new services as per market trends and company directions* Utilize and establish new delivery frameworks for the different services offered* Mentor and support partners to onboard to RSA delivery system and are able to deliver projects as per RSA guidelines* Update delivery methodologies and guidelines on regular bases as needed* Ensure ACD projects are delivered within the scope/budget* Act as a cybersecurity advisor to RSA customersRequirements:* Typically requires 10+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelors degree; or 8+ years and a Masters degree; or a PhD with 6+ years experience; or equivalent experience.* Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, GIAC, CEH, etc.)* Strong Consultative & Presentation skills* Experience communicating with C-level.* Customer-centric, can-do team-playing attitude* Ability to work under pressure* Pro-active individual with good relationship skills* Deep understanding of the SOC Operations and Processes, Incident Response, and Breach AssessmentRSA is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and applicants for employment and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
