Senior Associate ? Stakeholder ManagementJOB PURPOSE

Enhance Aldar Projects stakeholder customer journey to ensure high level of customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
Establish the communications programs for Aldar Projects external stakeholders to increase awareness, engagement and efficient management of stakeholder?s expectations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with the relevant teams to enhance the AP stakeholders journey, manage expectations, identify their needs and enhance Aldar Project?s reputation.
Develop the messaging for all external stakeholders and ensure that we maintain neutral to positive conversations.
Monitor external stakeholders related to Aldar projects and emirati housing to maintain prompt neutral to positive customers sentiments.
Liaise with the operations team to manage public convenience around construction sites and complains around detours.
Maintain efficient management of external stakeholder portfolios, ensure demands / issues are addressed and attended to in a timely manner whilst ensuring adherence to Aldar Projects policies and processes.
Create a framework of clear and effective stakeholder communications on a broad variety of topics to create a sense of shared purpose that is relevant.
Implement communications plans to increase stakeholder awareness, engagement and advocacy across the organization.
Manage the internal / external communication responses to maintain positive organizational perception and reputation.
Work on internal newsletters for Aldar Projects.
Acts as point of contact for external stakeholders i.e., queries, updates, communication or notifications of milestones, etc.
Maintain lessons learned reports and identify potential areas for improvement to enhance the delivery of customer services.

KEY RESULT AREAS

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLSRELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

Min of 6+ years of diverse business experience with an emphasis on Stakeholder Management, Marketing and Communications.
Real Estate / Construction sectors

TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results.
Track record in developing multi-channel IC strategies and the ability to execute at scale
Adept in new age IC tech-mediums (MS Teams, Workplace or similar) and highly skilled in visual communications
Commercially-savvy and experienced in working in large, complex and fast-paced organizations.
Change communication and engagement experience.
Excellent analytical skills and research capabilities
Proven skills in negotiation, innovation, presentation and problem resolution.
Skilled in crisis management and able to provide a rapid response when needed
Exemplary writing skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt messaging according to audience.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor degree in communications, journalism, media studies or a related discipline
Masters in Marketing Communication/ MBA or MA in Org Communication
