JOB PURPOSEAs a product owner, you are responsible for the overall vision of the business solution. You will understand the business problem, perform market research, translate into technical requirements or product features, create the roadmap and validate the developed solution. You will own, manage and coordinate between the technical team and the business Unit, ensure proper adoption of the solution happens and report in a timely mannerROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES?Engage with business stakeholders to identify business problems into data products / solutions requirements?Translate strategy and market research into a clear vision and roadmap for solutions delivery?Communicate translated requirements to Group Data team?Drive the execution of product lifecycle processes, including prioritize product features and manage agile project delivery?Own data products / solutions and sell them to internal stakeholders?Validate outputs of data products / solutions and maintain high adoption rate from business?Improve data products / solutions with growth mindset?Provide data products / solutions training to relevant stakeholders?Communicate to different level of stakeholders, ranging from technical, business, to management and C-level personas?The ability to work independently and set your own priorities with careful attention to detail and deadlines?Develop and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.?Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.?Constantly Refine and improve the existing features to be better than the benchmark industry solutions.YoE / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLSRELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCEMinimum of 4+ minimum years of experience in similar positions focused on developing data products / solutions with growth mindsetFIELD OF EXPERIENCE?Product owner / management, preferably in the Property and Technology domainTECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS?Experience in agile methodology delivery, including Kanban / Scrum?Experience in prototyping and wireframing tools?Experience leading data-centered analyses (E.g. Analytics, ML/AI)?Experience in successful product delivery with high-adoption rate from end users?Experience translating strategy and market research into a clear vision and roadmap for solutions delivery?Experience facilitating working sessions between different groups of stakeholders?Basic understanding of data science and machine learning models and tech stack?Excellent written and verbal communication skills leveraged to interface with business stakeholders and technical delivery resources?Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)?Relevant industry and application domain knowledge, experience in Real Estate business is a plusQUALIFICATIONBachelor degree in engineering or business management with technology focus
