Our client is looking to hire a Manager/Senior Associate - Design who will be responsible for the following -<br /><br />- Assessing and evaluating consultant design work, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and best practice standards.<br />- Managing and coordinating the overall design and development process in coordination with the companys wider projects and delivery team.<br />- Monitoring, organizing, and ensuring the required quality and timeliness of the design production, and stakeholders work on projects of all scales.<br />- Overseeing both internal and external teams and controlling the development of the design from concept through to delivery.<br />- Scheduling, monitoring, organizing, and ensuring the required quality and timeliness of the production design, and stakeholders work on projects of all scales.<br />- Overseeing both internal and external teams and control the development of the design from concept through to delivery.<br /><br /><br />Requirements- Masters or bachelors degree in architecture, interior design, or related/ equivalent field.<br />- 7-10 years of experience working in architecture and/ or real estate development with experience working among which at least three years in a managerial position<br />- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;<br />- Exceptional design aesthetic sensibility, executed on a range of commercial, leisure, hospitality and residential projects, including interior architecture and/or interior design, way-finding and signage, lighting design, and FF&E for mixed use developments;<br /><br />BenefitsAttractive salary + Benefits<br />
