Job Description

Job Purpose:To work with the VP, Employee Experience and other stakeholders to assist with the implementation of a unique and excellent employee experience journey by focusing on continuous improvement of the various touchpoints, initiatives and processes at Aldar. To constantly assess and innovate the employee experience journey?s unique selling points and to ensure group-wide alignment to the processes and communication tools.Reporting to: VP, Employee ExperienceJob summary The Senior Associate, Employee Experience will work with the VP, Employee Experience and partner with stakeholders and improve all People, Culture and Performance strategies, policies and initiatives. They will work on programs that help to ensure that employees feel valued and invested in their work.They will assist with being the voice for people, and help ensure that the organization aligns their policies with employee engagement and business needs, and that these policies are implemented correctly.The Senior associate will work with the VP, Employee Experience to align the employee journey across all entities of Aldar; to standardize communication, interaction, culture of the various touchpoints.The role will entail creating and maintaining a positive, rewarding work environment. This will help develop an organization that attracts and retains talented employees.Roles & Responsibilities

  1. To partner with stakeholders and help improve all People, Culture and Performance strategies and initiatives. These are including but not limited to Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Engagement & Communications, Performance Management, Learning & Development, DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), Policies & Benefits, Culture, Employee Relations, Compliance and Payroll, offboarding.
  2. To work with the VP, Employee Experience to align the employee journey across all entities of Aldar; to standardize communication, interaction, culture of the various touchpoints.
  3. To display creativity and innovation in order to help with initiatives programs to continually improve Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  4. To work with the Marketing team and help develop employer branding and recruiting marketing efforts together with the VP, Employee Experience.
  5. Create and maintain a positive, rewarding work environment.
  6. To assist with creating and distributing employee feedback surveys and to help the People Analytics Department with compiling the results of the surveys and present their recommendations to the management team.
  7. To work on various programs to improve the recruitment process and retention.
  8. To assist with conducting regular qualitative and quantitative research on the employee sentiment in terms of their work experience.
  9. To assist with revamping company orientation and entity orientation and establish an outstanding employee experience.
  10. To help plan quarterly P,C&P roadshows in order to develop a positive departmental reputation.
Required Skills & Experience A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. Successful candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills as their primary focus is interacting with employees and organizational management. They must be able to foster trust with employees. Senior Associate, Employee Experience should have strong analytical abilities to accurately assess employees needs, evaluate feedback, and translate those into actionable recommendations to improve an organizations work environment. They should also have effective organizational skillsRequired Education The minimum educational requirement is a degree in human resources, business management, or education. A masters degree in HR or Organizational Psychology will also be desirable and beneficial.
