Job Purpose?Work with large and complex data sets to solve a wide array of business challenges using analytical and statistical approaches.?Apply technical expertise with quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, and the presentation of data to develop strategies for different verticals in Aldar Properties. Roles and Responsibilities?Engage with business stakeholders to identify and translates business problems into analytics projects?Design and support analytics dashboards in collaboration with a cross-functional team of analytics and business personnel.?Implement end-to-end machine learning pipeline from development to production environment?Translate technical terms and concepts to deliver business-friendly presentations?Present to different level of stakeholders, ranging from technical, business, to management and C-level personas?Build and leverage key cross-functional relationships with key individuals critical to the success and scale of new analytics tools. Key partners include executives, managers, and analysts across Aldar?Evangelize data knowledge and insights by managing communications with stakeholders and other teams, collaborate with both technical and non-technical colleagues to complete data projects and ensure all parties can use the insights to further improve the decision making.?Assess external sources of data for their value to Aldar and facilitate the access to that data through partnerships?Conduct trainings on data concepts and solutions to improve awareness and usage?The ability to work independently and set your own priorities with careful attention to detail and deadlinesRELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCEMinimum of 6+ minimum years of experience in similar positions focused on developing data solutions utilizing state-of-the-art tools in data science and machine learningFIELD OF EXPERIENCE?Quantitative analysis, preferably in the PropTech domainTECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS?Fluent in Python with expertise in popular data Science libraries?Deep understanding of statistical models, supervised, unsupervised learning?Basic experience in data visualization platforms, preferably Tableau?Proven experience of cloud computing technology, especially Azure?Proven experience of databases, including relational and non-relational databases?Experience in developing end-to-end data projects and machine learning solutions, including utilization of micro-services architecture and model serving?Experience in optimizing and maintaining model performance over time?Experience in developing custom visualization using Javascript libraries, e.g., d3.js is a good to have?Experience of ADLS, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Microsoft SQL Server?Experience in agile methodology delivery?Experience in code versioning systems, e.g. Git?Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)QUALIFICATIONBachelor degree in data science or equivalent quantitative majors
