Job Specification (But not limited to)?Manage large scale projects through all design stages.?Work closely with Senior Management to establish and / or understand internalresources time & cost targets ? execute project deliverables in line with the same.?Establish project protocols / executive plans / procedures in line with Employerrequirements.?Oversee the design & documentation process.?Attend/ chair/ minute project meetings as required within the consultancyagreement.?Oversee submissions to Authorities & service providers.?Take responsibility for writing specifications.?Take responsibility for issued information for each stage of the project.?Be aware of project budgetary constraints ? work closely with the project costconsultant to ensure designs are executed with directed parameters.?Work closely with the team and project cost consultant to develop and / orunderstand the procurement strategy and execute tender stage services.
