Job Specifications (but not limited to)

Manage large scale projects through all design stages.
Work closely with Senior Management to establish and / or understand internal resources time & cost targets ? execute project deliverables in line with the same.
Establish project protocols / executive plans / procedures in line with Employer requirements.
Oversee the design & documentation process.
Attend / chair / minute project meetings as required within the consultancy agreement.
Oversee submissions to Authorities & service providers.
Take responsibility for writing specifications.
Take responsibility for issued information for each stage of the project.
Be aware of project budgetary constraints ? work closely with the project cost consultant to ensure designs are executed with directed parameters.
Work closely with the team and project cost consultant to develop and / or understand the procurement strategy and execute tender stage services.
