Senior ArchitectJob Location : Abu Dhabi, UAEJob Details :•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.•At least 15 years of relevant experience in architectural design.•Minimum of 12 years of experience in consultancy field in the UAE, mostly in Abu Dhabi.•Extensive experience in Concept design, engineering disciplines, techniques, and best practices.•Demonstrated expertise in architectural design principles, construction materials, and building systems.•Significant experience in developing detailed design and tender documents, including interdisciplinary coordination and quality control, to ensure timely project delivery.•Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, with Revit experience being advantageous.•In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes, authority requirements, regulations, and international codes and standards.•Up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and sustainable design practices.•Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Arabic and English.•Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
