Job SummaryAssessing business cases, new business opportunities and high-level process design.Conducting the early Front-End Loading (FEL) of the Value Assurance Process (VAP) of critical projects and provide the needed support to projects on the later FEL stages.Provide technical and business support to Shareholders in evaluating various strategic opportunities in relation to various studies and investments.Key AccountabilitiesConduct / co-ordinate / supervise Techno-economic studies that are carried out in-house or externally to ensure that the studies are completed within allotted time & budgetLiaise with Licensors and Engineering Consultancy CompaniesConduct Assess and Select Stage (Pre-FEED related Activities)Assist in preparing Company?s 5-Year Business PlanMin. RequirementEducation:Bachelor?s in chemical engineering.Experience / Skills / Knowledge :6 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry preferably in RefineriesExperience includes process development strategy, conceptual studies, plant and project economics and plant operation with sound knowledge of process simulations.Good command of oral & written English. Knowledge of Arabic is preferable
