By working together every day, were bringing energy to life.Company : ADNOC Logistics & ServicesJob Title : Senior Analyst, FinancialJob PurposeBecome part of the Financing & Investment team at L&S, where you will be working on various projects such as capex expansion investment cases, building various financial & valuation models for any M&A plans in the pipeline, as well as many other activities including but not limited to financial due diligence, capital structure analysis and investment performance analysis post execution.Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)Financial Modelling* Build complex 3-statement financial models on new business ventures as well as existing expansion or growth opportunities.* Build dynamic financial models with regards to scenario analysis in addition to factor sensitivity analysis.* Build models with efficiency and accuracy and performing the deliverables on due dates.* Valuation modelling and analysis including DCF, accretion/ dilution, comparable multiples, investment returns and sensitivity analysis for potential M&A transactions, IPO and other strategic initiatives.* Perform financial DD on potential project bidders when needed.* Analyze the investment case and recommend actions to mitigate risk or improve profitability of the case.* Prepare clear & concise graphical presentations on Microsoft Power Point delivering to management the results of any performed deliverable.* Perform any other adhoc analysis or modelling as and when needed.Generic AccountabilitiesSupervision* Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.* Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives.Budgets* Provide input for preparation of the Section / Department budgets, assist in the implementation of the approved Budget, and work plans to deliver Section objectives.* Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost controlPolicies, Systems, Processes & Procedures* Implement approved Section / Department policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Sections / Department work programs in line with Company and International standards. Performance Management * Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Section / Department in line with the Company Performance framework.Innovation and Continuous Improvement* Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.* Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability* Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.Reports* Provide inputs to prepare Section MIS and progress reports for Company Management.Internal Communications & Working RelationshipsInternal* Manager, Management Accounts and CFO.* Direct reports.* Relevant departments as required.External Communications & Working RelationshipsExternal Service Providers and Suppliers. Consultants.Minimum QualificationMinimum Qualification* Bachelors Degree in Finance, MBA preferred.* Professional CertificateMinimum Experience, knowledge & skills* 7 years experience in Investment analysis & modeling activities preferably in the oil/gas petrochemical industries or as part of a major private equity firm Revenues/ Budget: As per approved financial budget Direct Reports: As per organization chart Indirect Reports: As per organization chartProfessional Certifications* Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred.* Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA)* Certified Financial Planner (CFP)* Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA)
