  • Working alongside senior legal team members to assist project and investment deal teams with
legal requirements.
  • Assisting in the drafting of standard legal and negotiation documents.
  • Assisting in the preparation, negotiation and execution of standard form precedents.
  • Conducting basic research on legal precedents as directed.
  • Participating in the continuous development of standard templates and formats for legal
documents.
  • Supporting the delivery of training to corporate and business functions in relation to standard
legal documentation.What Will You BringTo succeed within this role, you will be bring a strong mix of practical experience, technicalskills and business skills, including the following:
  • A bachelor degree holder in law from an internationally reputable university with a GPA (or
equivalent) of 3.0 or higher.
  • Strong passion for Law, Research and Legal Practice.
  • Strong work ethic, understands that you will need to work hard to progress
  • Learning attitude, constantly seeks to learn and develop knowledge and experience
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
