Senior AccountantJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Oversee daily accounting activities and maintain general ledger accuracy•Reconcile account balances and bank statements•Produce accurate financial reports and present findings to management•Analyze financial information to summarize financial status•Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting•Review, recommend, and implement improvements to accounting systems and procedures•Supervise and guide junior accountants and bookkeepers•Assist in the preparation of tax returns and support audit processes•Ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations•Lead the month-end and year-end close processes•Develop and document accounting policies and internal controlsRequirements:•Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role•Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations•Hands-on experience with accounting software and MS Excel•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills•Ability to manage and lead a team effectively•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent is a plus)
