1.ÿAssisting Head of Finance in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the corporate tax control and risk framework.2.ÿEnsuring all internal and external tax reporting deadlines are adhered to.3.ÿPreparation of complete and accurate corporation tax returns and calculation of tax payments.4.ÿLeading on key tax projects to support our change management journey.5.ÿWorking with our Finance team with monthly tax reporting including year end and half-year accounting and reporting processes.6.ÿManaging local tax watch and anticipate impact on the business.7.ÿSupporting Head of Finance with tax forecasting.8.ÿEnsuring annual transfer pricing requirements are adhered to.9.ÿEnsuring all internal and external contracts issued by the company are compliant with Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing regulations.10.ÿAssisting Head of Finance in Economic Substance Reporting (ESR). Understanding on ESR and its relevant application.11.ÿPreparation and disbursement of monthly payroll for all the employees ensuring it is on time with no errors. Ensuring all standard reconciliations are prepared correctly with appropriate/reliable reasoning.12.ÿRecording of monthly Sales Invoices and any other journals in SAP relating to month end closing as assigned.13.ÿDevelop and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders such as internal departments, auditors, and advisors.14.ÿAssist in Internal and External audits.15.ÿAssist in preparation of annual budgets.16.ÿAssist team members with operational tasks and support on any other ad hoc or unplanned requests.17.ÿActive participation in brainstorming ideas within the team on continuous process improvements including automation opportunities.18.ÿOverall acumen to analyze any information/document for commercial sense, correctness, and completeness.19.ÿEnsure compliance with HSE, QMS and IT policies & procedures.
