1.˙˙˙˙˙Assisting Head of Finance in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the corporate tax control and risk framework.2.˙˙˙˙˙Ensuring all internal and external tax reporting deadlines are adhered to.3.˙˙˙˙˙Preparation of complete and accurate corporation tax returns and calculation of tax payments.4.˙˙˙˙˙Leading on key tax projects to support our change management journey.5.˙˙˙˙˙Working with our Finance team with monthly tax reporting including year end and half-year accounting and reporting processes.6.˙˙˙˙˙Managing local tax watch and anticipate impact on the business.7.˙˙˙˙˙Supporting Head of Finance with tax forecasting.8.˙˙˙˙˙Ensuring annual transfer pricing requirements are adhered to.9.˙˙˙˙˙Ensuring all internal and external contracts issued by the company are compliant with Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing regulations.10.˙Assisting Head of Finance in Economic Substance Reporting (ESR). Understanding on ESR and its relevant application.11.˙Preparation and disbursement of monthly payroll for all the employees ensuring it is on time with no errors. Ensuring all standard reconciliations are prepared correctly with appropriate/reliable reasoning.12.˙Recording of monthly Sales Invoices and any other journals in SAP relating to month end closing as assigned.13.˙Develop and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders such as internal departments, auditors, and advisors.14.˙Assist in Internal and External audits.15.˙Assist in preparation of annual budgets.16.˙Assist team members with operational tasks and support on any other ad hoc or unplanned requests.17.˙Active participation in brainstorming ideas within the team on continuous process improvements including automation opportunities.18.˙Overall acumen to analyze any information/document for commercial sense, correctness, and completeness.19.˙Ensure compliance with HSE, QMS and IT policies & procedures.
