Responsible for Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing and preparation of financial statements
Consolidation, inter-company transactions and reconciliations
Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance and compliance to internal policies.
Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
Meet monthly VAT and other tax compliance, state business registration, contract review, and non-profit tax filing
Secures financial information by completing database backups.
Facilitate the quarterly, interim and annual external audit by providing the required information in timely manner
Guide junior accountants and other staff by answering questions and coordinating informational classes
Protects organization?s value by keeping information confidential
