Senior Account Manager - Public Relations ??????, ???????? ??????? ??????? ??? ??? ???? ?? ??? ??? 25 ????? ?? ??? ???? ????? ??????Viola Communications, based in Abu Dhabi is the largest integrated communications agency in UAE and is about to ride a resurgent wave in the post pandemic phase. To fuel this, we are looking to hire a talented PR Senior Account Manager to join our talented team at Viola PR. This is a brand new position in the team, which speaks of the positive phase we are approaching. It is a permanent, full time role which will require the candidate to be based in / flexible to relocate to Abu Dhabi, due to the specific and dynamic needs of the role. The role will be a mix of strategic advisory services to top end clientele, while inspiring our creatives to deliver unparalleled creative solutions to the clients. If you are research oriented, client focused with an ability to craft great strategy, while inspiring creatives to do their best - this role is for you. The person will : * Have at least 7-10 years of PR / Communications agency experience* Be an Arabic-speaker, due to the specific market needs* Be research-oriented, client-centric* Be based in / flexible to relocate to Abu Dhabi, due to the dynamic nature of the role The role: * Serve as a primary client contact with the ability to manage multiple client account programs and teams delivering strategic value* Manage multiple projects for various clients from concept to completion on time and budget* Develop proposals, releases, customer profiles, by-lined articles and other press materials* Account for quality control and final review of all client materials* Provide client counsel on tactical matters linked to strategic plans* Develop long term plans and program recommendations for clients* Direct client editorial calendar programs* Develop client presentations* Implement special public relations events such as press conferences, round tables etc* Contribute to work plans of junior team members* Attend account reviews and staff meetings - provide ongoing communications and feedback* Actively participate in agency development and assist with new business pitches and initiatives* Plan, develop and advise clients on integrated and measurable PR programs* Provide client counsel on tactical matters, linked to strategic pr plans including positioning and messaging* Analyze complex briefs and distil them into simple, engaging content* Manage client issues with the support of junior and senior staff if needed* Display exceptional verbal and written communication skills* Work across other Viola business divisions to ascertain smooth implementation of integrated accounts* Proactively pursue new clients and expand existing client base* Continuously pursue up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts If the above sounds interesting, wed love to hear from you!
