  • Co-ordinates and implements security operational plan
  • Continually assesses security and production operational practices
  • Manages subordinates key result areas by setting and monitoring performance standards
  • Conducts on-going Security vulnerability and risk assessments and uses the results to minimise loss
  • Develops and maintains internal and external networks and contacts
  • Investigates general crime offences
  • Works closely with the Security Operational Manager at the operation in building a strong security culture
