This role will involve overseeing the implementation of physical security measures, coordinating with vendors, and transitioning into managing cybersecurity operations such as incident response, network security, and cloud security.Client DetailsA very successful organisation setting up their offices in Abu Dhabi.DescriptionLead the implementation of physical security measures, including CCTV systems, access control systems, and visitor management protocols.Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure effective deployment and management of physical security solutions.Manage access card issuance and management during the initial office setup phase.Transition into a cybersecurity role, overseeing incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management.Collaborate with a SOC to monitor and respond to security incidents effectively.Conduct and coordinate third-party risk assessments and architectural reviews, ensuring compliance with security best practices.Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.ProfileMinimum of 10 years of experience in security operations management, with a strong background in physical security and a demonstrated progression into cybersecurity roles.Proven track record in policy development, compliance, and staff training across both physical and cybersecurity domains.Comprehensive understanding of access control systems, CCTV technologies, physical security incident response, and cybersecurity fundamentals.Experience in managing cybersecurity operations including incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Relevant certifications such as CPP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly advantageous.Job OfferA unique opportunity to shape the IT & Security landscape of a growing organisation.
