General ResponsibilitiesImplement & Maintain QHSE management system throughout the site activities.Promote good health, safety and environmental awareness and practices throughout organization,both at office as well as concerned sites.Devise, develop and monitor effective Risk Assessment management strategies and makerecommendations on the implementation of these strategiesConsult with Managers and other line managers and give appropriate advice on formulating HSE best-practices, policies and procedures.Inform & aware site in-charge about the emergency along with prima facie reasons for the sameProvide Assistance to ERP Team members as per need.Cordon off the emergency area to control the access to the 'emergency location'Shall report the incident to the HSE Advisor / Manager off site ASAP.If evacuation is necessary inform the Rescue & Evacuation teamParticipate in incident investigation with the team.Assist & help to prepare incident report & investigation report.Ensure the clearance & permission for access of 'emergency location' to resume the work uponcompletion of investigation from client.Conduct special TBT to inform & share awareness about the 'emergency' with the site team.On hearing the emergency siren for evacuation, the Site HSE Officer will direct all his team members tothe assembly point.The site team will assist in evacuation from the emergency area.
