Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
Handling incoming and outgoing mail, liaising with DHL, FEDEX, UPS, SMSA, TNT and Saudi post.
Liaising with Group HR departing for different business processes.
Typing, preparing and collating reports
Assisting the company?s General Manager in processing business trips, travel and hotel bookings.
Documentation tasks related to all administrative function.
Forwarding Purchase/Sales inquiries to respective Department Heads.
Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
Managing Databases.
Preparing reports and sharing with General Manager if and when instructed.
Prioritizing workloads.
Facilities Management, scheduling interviews and arranging visit visa invitations.
Managing events/meetings and making logistical and transportation arrangements.
