Scrum master with Overall 10+ years of experience , specially in handling high in complexity banking projects.

Atleast 6+ years of experience in as a scrum master role & practicing scrum methodologies and vert strong understanding on software development life cycle & process.
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks, Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Worked in Banking domain in delivering projects in multi vendor environment.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Outstanding organizational skills
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
Scrum master certification is a plus
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
Help build a productive environment where team members ?own? the product and enjoy working on it
Should understand and be able to generate required metrices as part of Scrum teams.
