The Scrum Master is known as guardian of Scrum Team someone that resolves impediment and have control over the scrum processes.Key activities to accomplish this include:? Facilitate the team for better creativity and improve the efficiency of the development team.? Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.? Remove the impediments for the scrum team.? Arranged daily scrum meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.? Helps Journey Owner to keep the product backlogs in good shape in Jira and prioritize them for the next sprint.? Guiding the team in estimating the team?s work.?
