FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES???????Collaborate with key stakeholders, in the Supply Chain and Logistics domain, by understanding business processes, gathering information, evaluating output requirement and formats with a key emphasis on the Supply Chain Management (SCM), Manufacturing and/or MRO processes and technologies???????Develop workflow charts and diagrams and consolidate system requirements/specifications for the desired business solution/product????????Improve existing systems and applications by taking user input and designing modifications as suitable????????Undertake product/solution study to identify issues and develop control measures for appropriate usage by the team????????Demonstrable expertise in functional processes relating to Supply and demand planning, forecasting, replenishment, and overall inventory management business process???????Lead various end to end program from requirements gathering, blueprinting, Solution design, Configuration and data migration, business process and functional specification creation, test strategy and Go/Live preparation.???????Conduct product and market research for similar products/solutions, features and cost, build case for the management to consider the product/solution, as viable????????Perform daily, weekly or monthly reviews to review current processes using operational matrix and reports????????Perform user acceptance testing for tools, applications, products and solutions before delivery to see the overall functionality and recommend/made modifications as applicable and support the business teams in carrying out their testing, when needed???????Perform any other duties as requested by the reporting managerBachelors Degree in business administration, mechanical engineering, manufacturing management or related fieldMinimum 6 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics?Knowledge of a business process modelling tool (e.g. IBM Blueworks, ARIS etc.)Certification in SAP SCM, Manufacturing/MRO
