SAP Implementation ExpertJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :•Implementation Expertise: Minimum of 8 years experience in SAP implementation, with a strong focus on SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Employee Central Payroll, Time Off, and Timesheet. Additionally, experience with integration with other 3rd Party tools is essential.•End-to-End Implementation: Minimum 2 years of experience in leading End-to-End implementation projects for SF Employee Central, with a focus on Time Off & Timesheet and Benefits.•Business Process Understanding: In-depth understanding of business processes related to Core HR.•Technical Skills: Good to have minimum knowledge in the additional two SF modules. Hands-on experience in building custom modules on BTP is required.•Leadership and Collaboration: Strong experience in leading a team for the EC implementation project and collaboratively working with off-shore teams.•Certification: Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central is mandatory.•Problem-Solving and Communication: Strong problem-solving skills, self-directed, and capable of working with minimal supervision. Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a proactive review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery, and support.•Interpersonal and Organizational Skills: Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.•Flexibility and Analytical Skills: Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.•Professional Background: Big 4 experience is highly valued. A Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent work experience is required.
