SAP BTP Consultant / Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP BTP Consultant/Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in leading the implementation of cutting-edge SAP BTP solutions.In this role,you will leverage your deep understanding of SAP Finance,project management expertise,and strong communication skills to lead projects from inception to post-implementation support,ensuring successful outcomes that deliver real business value.Qualifications:

• SAP Certified in Finance (specific certification details can be added based on your companys requirements).
• Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering 3 or more SAP implementations of a similar nature,preferably involving SAP BTP or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong domain knowledge in Real Estate and Finance,with a clear understanding of industry best practices and challenges.
• Excellent presentation,communication,and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst for a similar SAP modernization project involving SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science,Information Systems,Business Administration,or a related field.Masters degree a plus.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in project management,with a strong focus on managing complex SAP implementation projects,including SAP BTP.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from initiation through to post-implementation support,ensuring successful delivery within budget,timeline,and scope.
• Strong understanding of SAP BTP capabilities,components,and best practices,with hands-on experience in implementing SAP BTP solutions.
• Excellent project management skills,including the ability to develop and execute project plans,manage project risks and issues,and ensure project success.
• Strong leadership and communication skills,with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Project management certification (e.g.,PMP,PRINCE2,Agile) is highly desirable.
• SAP certification in relevant areas (e.g.,SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)) is a plus.

RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP BTP implementation projects,ensuring adherence to project scope,timeline,and budget.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to define project objectives,requirements,and success criteria,translating them into actionable project plans and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans,schedules,and resource allocations.Effectively track project progress against milestones and deliverables.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues,implementing strategies to mitigate potential roadblocks and ensure project success.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of SAP BTP solutions.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support to ensure user adoption and maximize the return on investment (ROI) from the implemented solution.
