Sales Support Officer Sales Support Officer Location:  Abu Dhabi, AE #job-location.job-location-inline { display: inline; }   SynopsisProvide administrative support to the sales managers, compiling information in response to customer tenders and managing the company CRM. Ensure that the approved contract process is followed and that relevant information and approvals are disseminated within the department and to other stakeholders within the business.Accountabilities    Ensure that the primary CRM is used to capture all information relevant to sales opportunities and appropriate responses are provided    Provide the Sales Mangers with administrative support and prepare tender responses and sales proposals    Work with the other departments within TS and the wider business to ensure that accurate information relating to customer inputs is readily available and understood    Monitor the key customer accounts and identify opportunities to increase revenues    Compile monthly and annual reports to track account performance against budget    Provide analytic data and market intelligence to identify new customer opportunities.    Represent the company on customer visits, at trade exhibitions and events, promoting the services of Etihad EngineeringEducation & Experience    Minimum of 2 years of experience within a dedicated aviation environment with an understanding of MRO and airline operations.    A high level of computer literacy, experience with Microsoft Teams and Salesforce and attention to detail are required.    Experience working within a high performing sales function is preferred.About Etihad AirwaysEtihad Airways, the national airline of the UAE, was formed in 2003 and quickly went on to become one of the worlds leading airlines.
