Our client: A large group with a newly set up trading unit is looking to get on board a Sales Supervisor to be based in Dubai.Your role: Reporting to the Sales Head, this position will be managing the commercial part of the business. Achieve volume and target on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Responsible for selling a large volume of commodities. Develop and implement effective quarter plans with a high degree of detail to translate into achievable and measurable milestones. Manage the sales team by assigning targets and seeking maximum market potential. Maintain a good relationship with the existing customers.
