Innovating in the energy industry, surface pressure control capabilities are industry-leading.Partner with the bestAs a Field Sales Representative you will take ownership for the accounts and represent Baker Hughes. Using your knowledge of the market and customers, you will build trusted relationships. Acting as an ambassador for the customer, you will contribute innovative insights that deliver new and existing sales opportunities.As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity. Works on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions
  • Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.
  • Handling Low - Medium - region , stable region, established market presence
  • Handling targeted clients with expecting to define customer approach autonomously
  • Supporting and acting as a trusted advisor to customers to build relationships and ensure customer success
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support proposals, identify sales opportunities and develop strategies for business growth

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
  • Demonstrate experience in Sales in an Energy or Technology company
  • Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences
  • Able to speak English, Arabic and French
  • Have some experience using a CRM tool (e.g. Saleforce)
  • Be of an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions
  • Be self-motivated, able to work under pressure, move projects forward and deal with tight deadlines and targets
