We are looking for SALES REPRESENTATIVE, who can handle our Perfume product.? Candidate must have RETAIL STORE and EVENTS Experience.? Excellent communication skills in English/Arabic? Assisting customers by understanding their individual needs and providing excellent customer service.? Maintain Customer Relations.? Keeping the shop clean and well-maintained at all times.? Must be presentable Must be comfortable greeting, talking, and assisting customers.? maintaining accurate records? Aim to achieve monthly or annual targets.? Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out.? Candidate should be able to identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.? A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make the candidate successful in this role.? Ultimately, the candidate should ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and he/she will contribute to the store?s profitability.? Candidates should be available in UAE (Abu Dhabi) for a face-to-face interview.˙Responsibilities:? Greet and direct customers to shop? Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services)? Answer customers? questions about specific products/services? Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing? Cross-sell products? Ensure Perfume racks are fully stocked? Manage returns of merchandise? Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)? Inform customers about discounts and special offers? Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager? Stay up-to-date with new products.˙
