a. Responsible for direct sales at Kiosk and achieve sales target.b. Focus on selling and up selling of the products.c. Ensure to explain all the information of the products in the most professional and efficient way.d. Responsible for cleanliness & upkeep of the Kiosk.e. Assist the Kiosk In charge in handling new product launches activities & visual merchandising, along with product promotion.f. Keep abreast of new product and upcoming product promotions.g. Build & maintain customer relationships in order to build strong brand loyalty and develop new customer data base.h. Exhibit positive attitude and address customers' queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services.i. Communicate with customers to assess their needs, provide assistance in satisfying those needs and meeting or surpassing customers? expectationsj. Ensure stock is replenished at all times as per the set procedure and all the required quantities of products are displayed in the Kiosk and eliminate the stock shortage.k. Report stock shortages using the appropriate form/document.l. Conducts physical inventory check in Kiosk after every specified period.m. Record keeping of all invoice & sells; maintaining petty cash and all Kiosk related expenses.n. Daily cash reconciliation, petty cash, card sales transactions, banking and Balance cash against receipts.o. Be punctual in duty timings & wear the complete uniform at all times with outmost perfection.p. Participates in all job-related training & development directed by management.q. Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor/In-charge.
