We are looking for Sales Manager for African Market with 5 to 10 years of African Experience.Job Purpose:The incumbent is responsible for the development of sales, marketing strategies and the customer payment collection within the agreed term. He / She shall lead the Sales Team to achieve the Sales Target by developing current and new markets.Job Responsibilities:? Performing regular market research and monitoring business activity of the customers and competitors? Achieve growth and hit the agreed sales & collection target and successfully manage the sales team? Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team? Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities? Negotiating terms of business with the new and already existing customers? Assuring proper documentation of all sales transactions ? Taking care of timely order execution and timely deliveries ? Responsible for the timely collection of customer payment with in the agreed term? Assisting in formulation of specific collection objectives and achievement of same? Working closely with finance dept. to respond to credit and collection concerns with existing and potential clients? Direct interaction with selected clients in resolving receivables delinquencies? Planning, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving all aspects of credit & collection functions and processes? Ensuring that customer requirements agreed during the contract negotiations are properly communicated to all concerned departments? Controlling the claims and follow-up in claim resolution process? Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; coordinating new product development? Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential? Any additional responsibilities as may communicated time to time by senior management or equivalent? Compliance with company/group level policies and procedures
