Job Description

A Waterproofing Product Marketing Sales-Manager wanted to promote and drive the adoption of products designed to prevent water infiltration in various applications, such as construction, roofing, infrastructure, and personal gear. This role requires understanding of waterproofing industry, product knowledge, related previous experience, strategy development, and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities: Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify opportunities. Promote companys waterproofing systems and materials. Product Positioning and Messaging.Develop clear and compelling value propositions for products. Tailor messaging to target audiences, such as construction professionals, architects, or DIY enthusiasts. Marketing Strategy Development Create integrated marketing plans, including digital campaigns, trade shows, and partnerships. Design strategies to increase product awareness and sales. Content Creation Collaborate with teams to create brochures, case studies, videos, and digital content showcasing the benefits and applications of waterproofing solutions. Sales Enablement Provide training and materials to sales teams to effectively communicate product benefits. Support distribution channels with promotional tools and customer insights. Plan and execute product rollouts, including campaigns, demonstrations, and training sessions. Skills and Qualifications: Technical Understanding: Knowledge of waterproofing materials and technologies (e.g., membranes, coatings, sealants). Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign management. Communication Skills: Ability to craft persuasive messaging and present complex information clearly. Project Management: Skills to oversee multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously. Customer-Centric Mindset: Understanding customer pain points and addressing them effectively. Industry Experience: Background in construction, chemicals, or related sectors is advantageous.
