Sales Manager | Al Futtaim Motors | Commercial Vehicles - HINOOverview of the role:We are seeking a motivated, experienced, outgoing, and service-oriented automotive sales manager of commercial vehicle experience to join our team and coach our salespeople to close more deals. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring, training, and leading a team, will have a strong passion for people, and solid knowledge of sales best practices and customer retention strategies at UAE Market. The ideal candidate will be report to the Head of brand.What you will do:?Recruit, hire and oversee a team of commercial vehicles salespeople?Brand specific training and development of sales and support staff?Coach salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance?Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas?Managing Sales Consultants, to plan and implement objectives including achieving the branch sales targets, personal development and maintaining a motivated healthy team environment?Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters and compile the necessary reports for dealership management to review?Ensure Monthly over dues are not more than agreed target?Step in to answer customer questions and issues when required?Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff?Maintain a strong focus on satisfaction of all customers?Support the Head of business and Managing Director on initiatives for the division
