ResponsibilitiesManage sales & operations activities of Hypermedia, including Digital & Static Media, and Temporary Leasing/Brand activations.Generate sales revenues, negotiating and closing dealsConduct meetings with clients and prospectsBuild and maintain strong relationships with assigned media agencies and direct clients to ensure client retentionManage sales pipeline and revenue forecast, to ensure monthly sales target are metDeliver a professional service to every clientMeet yearly targets set by the ManagementParticipate in planning of annual revenue budgets to achieve in the capitalDevelop and implement the Sales strategy set by the Sales DirectorWork closely with Associate Sales Director to create strategic customer-oriented solutions that drive revenueProvide operational support as per business requirementsCoordinate with concerned Mall Departments to ensure proper installation of activationsMaintain high level of communication and transparency with higher management, through regular reports and weekly meetingsConduct regular malls site visits and inform Production/IT teams of any malfunctionSubmit weekly sales reports, and any other documents as required by the managementMonitor competitors? activities in Abu Dhabi and inform the team accordinglyMaintain strong relationships with Malls management teams, and attend Mall meetings as required by ManagementFollow up and assist the Finance Department on any outstanding paymentRepresent HyperMedia at various industry events, totaling approximately 5 per yearAlways meet Hypermedia?s standardsOpen new doors and opportunities to generate sales leadsAttend different industry events to meet new clients and present Hypermedia assetsObjectivesMaximize company revenues through the sale of In-Mall advertising assetsAchieve sales targets set by Management
