Purpose: ? Promote and sell new models. ? Ensure Customer satisfaction of the services given in the showroom.Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:? Greet the Customer and identify his/her requirements. ? Explain the features and performance of the vehicle to the Customer.? Explain A&S services at the point of sales such as, car registration, insurance and other After Sales Services.? Suggest optional equipments (accessories) for Customer to purchase.? Achieve the Sales Target set by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director and the Head of Used Cars.? Compute and quote sales price, discount, and requirements for financing of vehicles. ? Advise Customers concerning current and future availability of new car models.? Arrange the delivery of the vehicle to the Customer in coordination with the New Car Storekeeper.? Coordinate with the Customer Relations Representative (Sales) for the car registration and insurance.? Follow-up with potential Customers.
