?Research the market for new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and pursuing the same till closure.˙?Generate sales to achieve maximum profitability against pre-determined monthly and annual sales targets.?Support in developing and executing business development strategies for the Business.?Submit weekly progress reports toward activity targets / KPIs to the Deputy General Manager.?˙Submit monthly progress reports toward activity targets / KPIs to the HR Manager.?Assist in developing commercial aspects such as costing and quotations to clients and preparing Tenders, Bids, RFP?s & RFQ?s.?Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with potential customers and close deals.?Maintain a strong understanding of the service and costs (Camp, Accommodation, Transport, meals, Uniform, PPE, PCR, Training, Medical, etc.,) and other terms and conditions to answer Customer queries.?Monitor customer satisfaction, and handle customer complaints or objections to ensure a high level of customer service by addressing issues and providing solutions.
