Client Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for prospective and existing clients, listen attentively to client needs and preferences, offering tailored real estate solutions, conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits.? Sales Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the real estate market in the UAE, staying updated on industry trends, effectively communicate property details, pricing, and negotiation terms to clients, Guide clients through the sales process, answering questions and addressing concerns.? Lead Generation and Follow-up: Proactively generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and marketing efforts, diligently follow up with leads and maintain a systematic lead database, Nurture leads to convert them into potential sales opportunities.? Sales Documentation: Prepare and review sales contracts, agreements, and related documentation, ensure accuracy and completeness of paperwork, complying with legal and regulatory requirements, facilitate smooth transactions by coordinating with clients, sellers, and other stakeholders.? Sales Targets: Strive to meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the Sales Team Leader, continuously evaluate, and improve sales strategies to maximize results, collaborate with the team to share best practices and strategies.?
