Sales AssociatesJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner.•Assist customers in locating products and provide knowledgeable information about items.•Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.•Process transactions accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems.•Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including product displays and shelves.•Monitor inventory levels and notify management of stock shortages.•Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets.•Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and courteously.•Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and new product arrivals.•Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and improve customer satisfaction.•Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and customer privacy.Qualifications:•High school diploma or equivalent.•Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.•Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.•Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.•Basic math skills for handling transactions.
