Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our Korean skincare retail shop located in˙Yas Mall˙Abu Dhabi. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, promoting our Korean skincare products, and driving sales. Your friendly demeanor, product knowledge, and passion for skincare will contribute to creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers.Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, assist with product inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations based on their skincare needs.
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest Korean skincare trends, ingredients, and brands.
  • Actively engage with customers, build relationships, and promote the benefits and features of our skincare products.
  • Utilize effective selling techniques to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the store.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining a balanced cash register.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including product displays, shelves, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in receiving and restocking merchandise, ensuring proper inventory management.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
