Job Description

Sales Associate ? Job Overview:We are having premium & luxury Retail Stores/Showrooms for selling Travel Goods & Accessories (Luggage) across UAE. Currently we are opening a brand-new premium store in one of the bigger Malls in Abu Dhabi and looking for a qualified & experienced Sales Staff to handle the sales and manage the store. The Sales Associates will be responsible for retail sales, merchandise the products and build our brands by providing excellent customer service at the retail store.Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers, responding to their enquiries/questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Present the product and services to generate sales through enquiries and to walk in customers at the retail stores.
  • Proactively promote and sell the brands and products.
  • Up-sell & Cross-sell travel goods / accessories brands (luggage) at the retail stores.
  • Follow up over phone and email after inquiries are generated at the stores.
  • Contribute to the development of commercial intelligence through walk-in or visitors information.
  • Ensure that the sales targets are met (daily/weekly/monthly).
  • Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers in the outlets.
  • Maintain required records, prepare & submit DSR, provide feedback and serve as the direct point of interaction between customers and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the shop is always well maintained and represents the company?s image.
