Job Description

Our client is a well-reputed operation in on-site, services for Heavy equipment/steel services worldwide and provides invaluable resources that support and enhance manufacturing operations. We are looking to hire aSafety Manager to be based in Abu Dhabifor their site operations. You will be responsible for the safety and health of employees through the development, implementation, and enforcement of the company safety programs.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Optimizing planning and allocation of resources by organizing security and administrative programs, business management operations and inventory control.
  • Conduct periodic job site inspections for safety and risk compliance and generate reports for internal and external distribution with follow-up on action items.
  • Create and update company safety manuals and materials to ensure safety policies and procedures are well documented and communicated and address current regulations and best practices.
  • Prepare all OSHA-required documentation and postings.
  • Ensure job sites are equipped with property safety equipment, signage, manuals, and materials.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role you must possess the below criteria:1. Should have a relevant certification in the safety management field.2. Should have an update on the recent safety standards and regulations to comply with.3. Should have knowledge of NEBOSH certification4. Should be willing to work on-site for 6 days a week.5. Should have a Valid UAE Driving License.6. Min 4 years experience in any manufacturing production facility is a must.7. Preferred IMMEDIATE JOINERS.
