Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)

To change pass, guide or stand whenever required.
To prepare and make the mill ready for new size in case of size change.
To ensure minimum production delays by immediate corrective action of the problem that may arise.
Monitor the mill continuously during production.
Maintain the correct stock dimension according to the size rolled.
To keep the work area always clean and tidy.
Follow all management directives, regulations and policies relating to safety, quality, health and environment.
Monitor the mill operation if found any abnormality correct if possible and inform same to the Supervisor.
Coordinate with CP2/Cp3/CP1.
Always to to achieve the target value Minimum open/pass guide delay.
Reduce the rejection/scrap/held.
Continuous coordinate with Q.C. regarding the finished quality product/if any quality issue correct/if possible, follow up.
Maintain good housekeeping/PPE uses/and follow the safety policy.
Able to operate the pendant crane after he attend and passed the Safe Cane Operation Course arranged by ESI Training Department.
