  • Ability to serve as a Road Safety Audit Team Leader (Senior Road Safety Auditor) on international road safety audits and assessments throughout the MEA region.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in conducting road safety audits in accordance with the guidelinesand procedures for road safety auditing and assessments throughout the MEA region.
  • Proficient in conducting road safety reviews for complex projects such as
  • dual carriageway expressway tunnels, tramway insertion in fully developed residential/ commercial environment and reformatting existing dual carriageway arterial into paired one-way arterials; conducting road safety audits at all stages and on numerous types of facilities under all traffic conditions, both in left hand or right hand driving conditions;
  • Demonstrated experience of serving as Technical Adviser to road authorities in the development of policies, standards and manuals for road safety, road
  • traffic signs and markings and information transfer to road users.
