The General Scope:Coordinate the activities of the Company and supervise the area Superintendents as an ultimate production and project Manager.Surface treatment, production, installation and maintenance of traffic markings and traffic products, including road transportation permitting activities.Establishing work schedules for all projects, setting priorities, and ensuring the appropriate assignment of equipment, materials and techniques.Ensure compliance with technical standards, specifications, and legal requirements;Gathering and analyzing data in order to determine the needs of the division, anticipated revenues, expenditures, and major projects for the preparation of a long-range financial plan;Consulting with Company Director regarding the plans which may impact the financial plan and budget;Provide the technical advice regarding the use of new materials and products, methods, and equipment.
