Key Responsibilities:???????? Oversee the risk management and operations in accordance with local regulatory requirements, the internal risk appetite, and corporate policies.??????? Familiar with building risk evaluation models and have plenty of user experience.??????? Responsible for the setup and administration of Initial Margin & collateral universe policies along with its related reporting framework.??????? Ensure that exchange risks and exposures are identified, quantified, and properly managed.??????? Monitor and manage policies for risk parameters which include Market Risk, Portfolio Risk, Counter-party Credit Risk, Collateral Management, Settlement Risk, Liquidity risk, Wrong way risk, Investment risk and Concentration risk, and etc.??????? Determining, managing, monitoring and reporting Stress tests and related analysis results based on international best practices and report internally.??????? Evaluation, implementation and maintenance of Risk Management System.??????? Establish and administer the policy for Default management processes Liaison with local and international regulators.??????? As a member of the management team, you will contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company, support growth opportunities, and collaborate effectively to achieve our corporate objectives.??????? Ensure risks and mitigants are clearly communicated to applicable management and external parties as required.??????? Provide direction to the technology team with respect to the development and maintenance of the risk and settlement system functionality.??????? Manage external support providers including bank, custodian, and insurance entities.??????? Ensure coordination of exchange functions with global risk, enterprise risk management, legal, compliance groups.??????? Maintain sound knowledge of applicable regulations and ensure communications, reporting, and adherence to requirements are met in a timely and proficient manner.??????? Develop and maintain policies and procedures that govern the risk management and operations functions and are consistent with global standards.?
