Our Team Global Reporting & Acquisition Quality is responsible for the development, enhancement and maintenance of risk reporting and analysis for the global Mercedes-Benz Mobility portfolio. This comprises the ongoing monitoring of our acquisitions with focus on credit risk, development and enhancement of risk analysis methods and tools and the information of the Board of Management, entities and other stakeholders on risk development and risk trends. Your tasks will be: * Ongoing analysis of the global Mercedes-Benz Mobility acquisition quality* Providing timely information to different stakeholders about risk developments and trends on a regular and ad-hoc basis* Preparation of internal and external risk reports* Conducting ad-hoc analysis requests* Creating presentations for the higher Management* Development, enhancement and maintenance of risk reporting and analysis tools/dashboards incl. programming* Regular discussion of risk developments with different functions to support the operative decision process* Monitoring of effectiveness of implemented measures* Perform data quality assessments to ensure transparency and accuracy for different reporting tasks and processesQualificationsProfessional qualifications: * Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or related areas (e. g. Business Informatics/Mathematics)* Working experience in Credit Risk Management or Controlling/Reporting* Strong analytical skills* Fluency in English and preferably also in German* Advanced IT know-how in Excel, Access, PowerPoint and ideally OLAP databases as well as reporting dashboards* Programming skills (e.g. SAS, R or other programming language) Soft skills: * Ability to present complex matters in an understandable manner on the management level* Strong communication and relationship building skills to engage with a range of stakeholders on all levels of the organization* Working effectively in an international environment* Result oriented and hands-on mentality Additional information: It is a permanent position.
