Provides professional guidance and support to subordinates in carrying out the assigned functions.
Guides and performs all activities related to the development and upgrade of Mobile systems.
Carries out the preparation and implementation of technical specifications for equipment and systems.ÿ
Assists in consolidation of requirements for materials and assists in preparing the reports on stores procurement.
Guides and carries out the development and implementation of performance parameters to ensure quality of service, frequency optimization and maintenance standards of existing systems.
Guides and carries out the analysis and acceptance testing of new/ existing Mobile Access Network equipment and systems.
Assists in the evaluation of bids as required and prepares detailed tender documents/ schedules.
Assists in reviewing the performance of contractors and suppliers in terms of project specifications and cost schedule.
Advises consultants and contractors to resolve issues/ concerns impacting the plan/ design.
Assists in the generation technical/ operational reports for superiors as required.
Keeps abreast of new technologies, systems and developments in the Mobile Access Network Development.
Identifies training needs of subordinates to ensure enhancement of skills.
Provides professional guidance and support to subordinates in carrying out the assigned functions.
