Directing and managing the departments employees in accomplishing their tasks.<br />Define and monitor the objectives, objectives and operational programs of the department.<br />Prepare reports on the overall performance of the department and submit them to the director of the department.<br />Review all periodic reports prepared by the Department to ensure that they are completed within the specified time frames.<br />Review all services and work of the department and ensure their quality.<br />Ensure that the performance of all tasks and the conduct of employees are consistent with the policies and procedures of the Department.<br />Inform the Director of the Department of the progress of the work listed under his section.<br /><br /><br />Requirements<b>Bachelors degree</b> in Finance and Accounting preferred.<br />Professional certificates such as<b>CMA-CFA-ACCA</b> are preferred.<br />Experience of at least<b>10 years</b>.<br />Experience in<b>Oracle system</b>.<br /><br /><br />
