Job Description

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Arabic Speaking-Sales Executive to join our growing team.The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, closing deals, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work on a fast-paced dynamic environment.

  • As a Retail Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, assisting them in their product inquiries, preferences, and purchases to create a positive shopping experience.

  • In the role of a Retail Sales Executive, youll interact with customers in a friendly and approachable way, addressing their queries, preferences, and buying decisions to craft a positive shopping journey.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to outperform established sales benchmarks, taking the initiative to upsell and cross-sell products, recommend fitting choices, and provide product expertise that aligns with customer preferences.
  • Take charge of overseeing and sustaining the aesthetics and arrangement of the retail floor, assuring that merchandise displays are captivating, sufficiently stocked, and precisely labeled to encourage customer engagement and escalate sales.
  • Manage the upkeep and presentation of the retail floor, actively ensuring merchandise displays are attractive, adequately stocked, and precisely labeled to ignite customer interest and drive sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with potential and existing customers.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
