Job Description

Retail Sales Associate:A Leading Retail Company in UAE is looking for Retail Sales Associates for its premium and luxury retail store in Abu Dhabi. The Sales Associates will be responsible for retail sales, merchandising the products, and building our brands by providing excellent customer service at the retail store.Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers, responding to their enquiries / questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service
  • Present the product and services to generate sales through enquiries and to walk-in customers at the retail stores
  • Proactively promote and sell the brands and products
  • Upsell & Cross-sell baby care, childcare & mother care products / brands at the retail stores
  • Follow up over the phone and email after enquiries are generated at the stores
  • Ensure that the sales targets are met (daily / weekly / monthly)
  • Contribute to the development of commercial intelligence through walk-in or visitors? information
  • Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers in the outlets
  • Maintain required records, prepare & submit DSR, provide feedback, and serve as the direct point of interaction between customers and other stakeholders
  • Ensure that the shop is always well-maintained and represents the company?s image
